Materials:
• Himalaya Dolphin Baby / YarnArt Dolce / Himalaya Velvet yarn (100% micro polyester, 120 m/100 g) or Himalaya Dolphin Fine (100% micro polyester, 175 m/100 g): orange or blue (1/2 skein), white and black
• YаrnАrt Јеans yarn (60% cotton, 40% acrylic, 160 m/50 g) for a nose and a scarf
• Himalaya Baby Soft (100% micro polyester, 115 m/50 g): black for embroidering stripes
• 10-12 mm safety eyes
• 3.5 mm crochet hook
• 3.5 mm needles for a scarf

ch – chain

sc – single crochet
inc – increase (2 sc in one stitch)
dec – decrease (2 sc together)

AMIGURUMI TIGER FREE PATTERN

Head
Stuff as you go.
R 1: 5 sc in magic ring [5]
R 2: (inc) repeat 5 times [10]
R 3: (inc) repeat 10 times [20]
R 4: (3 sc, inc) repeat 5 times [25]
R 5: (4 sc, inc) repeat 5 times [30]

R 6: (5 sc, inc) repeat 5 times [35]
R 7-11: 35 sc (5 rows)
Insert safety eyes between R 8 and R 9 at the distance of 5-6 sc from each other.
R 12: (5 sc, dec) repeat 5 times [30]
R 13: (dec) repeat 15 times [15]
R 14: 15 sc
Fasten off.

Body
Stuff as you go.
Make 7 ch.
Make an oval, starting from the 2nd ch from hook, work on both sides of the chain.
R 1: from the 2nd ch from hook: inc, 4 sc, 3 sc in last st, turn: 5 sc [14]
R 2: 2 inc, 4 sc, 3 inc, 4 sc, inc [20]
R 3: (3 sc, inc) repeat 5 times [25]
R 4-7: 25 sc (4 rows)
R 8: (3 sc, dec) repeat 5 times [20]
R 9: 20 sc
R 10: (2 sc, dec) repeat 5 times [15]
R 11: 15 sc
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Arms (make 2)
Start with white yarn:
Make 4 ch.
Make an oval, starting from the 2nd ch from hook, work on both sides of the chain.
R 1: from the 2nd ch from hook: 2 sc, 3 sc in last st, turn: 1 sc, inc [8]
R 2-3: 8 sc (2 rows)
Change to orange yarn:
R 4: (2 sc, dec) repeat 2 times [6]
R 5-6: 6 sc (2 rows)
Stuff the bottom part of the arm.
Crochet additional 1 sc. Fold the top opening flat and work through both sides: 1 sc, dec.
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Legs (make 2)
Start with white yarn:
R 1: 5 sc in magic ring [5]
R 2: (inc) repeat 5 times [10]
R 3: (1 sc, inc) repeat 5 times [15]
R 4-5: 15 sc (2 rows)
R 6: 2 sc, 5 dec, 3 sc [10]
Change to orange yarn:
R 7-9: 10 sc (3 rows)
Stuff the bottom part of the leg.
Crochet additional 1 sc. Fold the top opening flat and work through both sides: 1 sc, dec, 2 sc.
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Ears (make 2)
Start with black yarn:
R 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
Change to orange yarn:
R 2: (2 sc, inc) repeat 2 times [8]
R 3: 8 sc
Don’t stuff.
Fold the top opening flat and 4 sc through both sides.
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Muzzle
With white yarn:
R 1: 5 sc in magic ring [5]
R 2: (inc) repeat 5 times [10]
R 3: (1 sc, inc) repeat 5 times [15]
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Tail
Start with orange yarn:
R 1: 7 sc in magic ring [7]
R 2-4: 7 sc (3 rows)
Change to black yarn:
R 5: 7 sc
Change to orange yarn:

R 6-7: 7 sc (2 rows)
Change to black yarn:
R 8: 7 sc
R 9-15: 7 sc (7 rows)
Don’t stuff.
Fold the top opening flat and work through both sides: 1 sc, dec, 1 sc.
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Scarf
With YarnArt Jeans yarn cast on 6 st.
The scarf is knitted in stockinette stitch (1 row knit, next row purl).
Knit as long as you wish the scarf, then fasten off.

Assembly
Sew the head to the body.
Sew the ears and the muzzle to the head. Put some stuffing inside the muzzle before you finish.
Embroider a nose using YarnArt Jeans yarn divided into two threads.
Sew the arms to the body on R 11 at the distance of 4 sc from each other.
Sew the legs to the body between R 4 and R 5 at the distance of 10 sc from each other.
Sew the tail to the back of the body.
Embroider stripes using black Himalaya Baby Soft yarn.
